Payment & Shipment

Every piece in our collection is a custom commission, created individually for your community. Here is how the process works:

1. Free Consultation. We start with a 30-minute video call to discuss your space, vision, number of nameplates, and budget. No commitment required.

2. Design. We develop a detailed design concept tailored to your sanctuary — dimensions, imagery, dedication text, and engraving layout — and refine it together with your committee.

3. Production. Each board is handcrafted using fresco, bas-relief, and stained glass techniques. Production typically takes 8–12 weeks depending on the project.

4. Payment. We work with a simple milestone schedule: a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipping. Invoices are provided for your synagogue’s records and donor accounting.

5. Shipping & Installation. All works ship from the USA, fully insured, with detailed mounting instructions. Delivery is available to Jewish communities worldwide.
