The memorial board consists of three panels: one central panel and two side panels.
Central panel:
Features a sculptural bas-relief inspired by the Western Wall (Kotel) and Jerusalem architecture.
Beneath the relief are 21 engraved brass plaques placed in the center section.
Side panels:
Each side panel contains 36 engraved brass plaques.
The upper part of the side panels is decorated with traditional Judaica motifs of grapes and pomegranates, symbolizing blessing, abundance, and the Land of Israel.
