Golden Temple Edition

A tzedakah box centered on a vision of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, framed by twin menorah reliefs and crowned with the Jerusalem skyline. Part of the Shtern Amber Collection tzedakah box series, made to order for synagogues, Jewish institutions, and private collectors.

Design and Symbolism

The central arch depicts a columned Temple courtyard, evoking the beauty and grandeur of the Holy Temple in Jerusalem. The arch is flanked by two hand-detailed menorah reliefs — the seven-branched candelabrum, one of the oldest and most sacred symbols in Jewish tradition. The Jerusalem skyline runs along the base of the piece, and warm amber-toned window accents let light glow from within.

Materials and Craftsmanship

Italian fresco style, with Italian mosaic and natural amber elements. Entirely handcrafted. The piece features a bronze “צדקה” (tzedakah) plaque and a coin slot in the lid.
