Gifts that will not be hidden in the pantry.
Our handcrafted Jewish mosaic art, created from natural Ukrainian amber and authentic Murano smalt from Italy, is the perfect choice when you need a meaningful and elegant Jewish gift. Whether for business partners, valued sponsors, dear friends, or beloved family members, these works of art combine beauty, heritage, and lasting value.
Each piece in the Shtern Amber Collection is made entirely by hand, using the traditional mosaic technique with Venetian glass and genuine Ukrainian amber. The designs are inspired by Biblical stories, prophetic visions, and sacred Jewish symbols such as the Menorah, Tree of Life, Star of David, and pomegranate. This unique fusion of rare materials and timeless symbolism makes our mosaics more than decoration — they are expressions of Jewish heritage and Biblical art.
We are proud that our handmade Judaica mosaics already adorn the walls of many respected individuals and institutions around the world, bringing light, meaning, and spiritual inspiration into Jewish homes, offices, and community spaces.
Amber in the Torah
Yechezkel 1:4
In Jewish art, the word hashmal from this prophetic vision is often translated as “amber.” In Biblical art, amber perfectly reflects the mysterious glow described by the prophet. While we cannot say with certainty which stone Yechezkel saw, amber captures the essence of that vision with remarkable beauty.
Amber also holds a place in Jewish heritage art as some believe it may be the seventh of the twelve precious stones on the High Priest’s breastplate (Shemot 28:17–20). Until the arrival of Moshiach, we may not know for sure — yet this connection inspires both faith and artistry.
Our sages teach that fulfilling the commandments should be done with beauty, as the Torah says: “He is my G-d, and I will glorify Him” (Shemot 15:2). This ideal is reflected in Jewish religious art — a beautiful sukkah, a beautiful lulav, a beautiful shofar, a beautiful Torah scroll — and it can also be reflected in Judaica wall art made with amber.
Amber is unlike any other material in Jewish home décor: formed from the resin of ancient trees, it is transparent yet solid, fragile yet able to ignite. Sometimes containing tiny natural inclusions, amber reflects the human soul — with its strengths and imperfections. In the hands of a skilled artisan, it becomes a masterpiece of Jewish wall art and prophetic art, bringing warmth, light, and meaning into the home.
Our Jewish paintings and mosaics made with natural Ukrainian amber are not just decorations; they are meaningful Jewish gifts and heirlooms, preserving tradition and enhancing the beauty of Jewish homes for generations to come.

12 Tribes of Israel
The reproduction in amber of the mosaic by Yael Portugheis "12 Tribes of Israel" was made by us as an example of the capabilities of our craftsmen. At your request, we will embody your desire in the form of a similar picture that will please the eye and heart and complement your home, office, or synagogue with the beauty of Jewish art.

Pomegranates
"May my good deeds be as numerous as pomegranate seeds"
We revere the pomegranate for its beauty and symbolism: fertility, holiness, abundance. According to legend, there are 613 seeds in a pomegranate, which correspond to 613 commandments of the Torah.
This is a gift that will decorate any home and give the right thoughts.

BLESSING OF THE HOME
In the First Temple, the trees with golden fruits grow. Pomegranate trees grow just on the streets of Jerusalem. They are beautiful in bloom in spring and summer, and in autumn it is enough to reach out your hand to say a blessing over the pomegranate fruit. Pomegranate on gold is a picture of a peaceful and blessed home. And what could be more valuable than Shalom Bayis?

CHALLAH BOARD BLUE
We aimed to create a Challah Board that will be passed on to children and grandchildren and we succeeded. We are confident that this Challah Board will never gather dust in the closet - you will want to put it on the table every Shabbos. This is a great purchase for yourself or as a gift for someone else.

Our Golden Temple
The Jerusalem Temple - the one that we had, and the one that was given to the prophet Ezekiel in a vision ... We will decorate our homes with an impressive amber artwork, where our craftsmen captured the traditional look of the Temple, down to such important details as giant lamplights in the temple courtyard, that is mentioned in the Mishnah.

770 Gold&Amber
The image of the 770 house, embodied in amber...
How gold leaf and amber play on the painting! How great is our joy to live here and now, in our time!
A small building physically - but a huge spiritual home. It is the center of life for Jews from all over the world - and at the same time, it is so cozy and joyful. By placing the work of our masters on the wall of our room, we emphasize the amazing connection between Jewish generations from different centuries and even millennia, asserting the approaching time of Redemption.

Shofar
The shofar is sounded all year round, not only during the fall High Holidays. The shofar has always called on the Jews together in times of danger, proclaimed victories and accompanied joyfully. And it is not for nothing that the spread of Wisdom is also called the “shofar”. Let the shofar into your home, and there will be more joy and happiness in it.
